01.11 Ten People, Including Russian Citizen Die in Bus Collision in Nepal
MOSCOW, November 1 (RIA Novosti) - Ten people, including a Russian woman died when two buses collided in Nepal on Saturday morning, and at least 30 people got injured, The Himalayan Times reported.
All the deceased have been identified, Russian Daria Mlochkova was among the killed.
Accident happened at 2 a.m. local time (8.15 p.m. Friday GMT).
Eight persons died on the spot, while two others died during the medical treatment, according to The Himalayan Times citing local Makwanpur police.
The injured are currently receiving treatment at a local hospital in Bharatpur, some of them reportedly are in a critical condition.
The cause of the crash remains unknown.
