31.10 Petro Poroshenko Party Backs Yatsenyuk as Prime Minister If 'Joint Activity Plan' Agreed

KIEV, October 31 (RIA Novosti) – The Ukrainian president’s political party, Petro Poroshenko Bloc, said Friday it backs current Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk in holding his post in the next Cabinet if the “joint activity plan” is agreed.

“The Petro Poroshenko Bloc supports the candidacy of Arseniy Yatsenyuk for the position of prime minister in the new coalition government if the joint activity plan is agreed to in detail. This decision was voiced during the first meeting of the future faction,” the party said in a statement.
