31.10 28 Observers From US, France, Germany Accredited for LPR Elections: Election Commission

LUHANSK, October 31 (RIA Novosti) - About 30 observers are already accredited for the elections in self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) scheduled for November 2, the head of LPR’s Central Election Commission said on Friday.

“Regarding the observers, we have 28-30 of them so far. These are the ones who expressed intention to come and the ones who have already passed the accreditation,” Sergei Koziyakov said.
