12.09 Deputy Chief: EU Sanctions No Problem for Russian State Arms Exporter
MOSCOW, September 12 (RIA Novosti) – A deputy head of Russia’s state-run arms exporter Rosoboronexport said Friday the new round of European Union sanctions will have little impact on the company’s operations.
“Taking into account our course toward import substitution, we do not expect our sales to be affected significantly. Foreign customers use the types of weaponry and equipment that are completely Russian-made. The sanctions do not affect us,” Rosoboronexport Deputy Director General Sergei Goreslavsky said.
