28.10 Sochi Organizers Set 20:14 Start Time for Winter Games
MOSCOW, October 28 Next years Winter Olympics in the Russian city of Sochi will become the 20:14 Games after organizers announced Monday that this would be the fitting start time for the opening ceremony.
The ceremony will take place February 7 at 8:14 p.m. Moscow time - 20:14 by the 24-hour clock - at the Fisht stadium on the Sochi seafront. Few details of the ceremony itself have been made public.
Russias first Winter Olympics will run through February 23.
